Area Distribution Manager

Aubrey, TX (DFW area) Full-time

Own and grow our local distribution network — managing grocery-partner relationships, coordinating territory coverage, and keeping product moving reliably from our Aubrey location out to stores and customers across the DFW area.

Responsibilities

  • Manage local distribution and grocery-store partnerships
  • Set and track territory coverage and delivery products by zone
  • Coordinate with our courier and last-mile delivery partners to keep routes running on schedule
  • Grow business based on your distribution zone

Local Delivery

Aubrey / North Dallas suburbs Part-time & full-time available

Deliver fresh seafood orders directly to customers across Frisco, Prosper, Celina, and nearby North Dallas suburbs, keeping our cold-chain standards intact from our door to theirs.

Responsibilities

  • Pick up packed orders and run local delivery routes on schedule
  • Handle orders carefully to maintain cold-chain/freshness standards in transit
  • Get delivery confirmation and photo sign-off at drop-off
  • Communicate delays or issues promptly

What We're Looking For

  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Punctual, careful with handling perishable goods
  • Familiar with the North Dallas suburb area a plus

Sales & Marketing

Aubrey, TX Full-time or part-time/contract

Help us grow wholesale accounts and keep our social media, WhatsApp community, and online presence active — turning our fresh-catch story into new customers and stronger relationships with existing ones.

Responsibilities

  • Reach out to and manage wholesale/vendor accounts (grocery stores, restaurants)
  • Run day-to-day social media posting and respond to our community channels
  • Support promotions, loyalty program activity, and seasonal campaigns
  • Track what's working and report back on sales and engagement

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in sales, marketing, or social media management
  • Comfortable with outreach and building relationships
  • Organized self-starter who can juggle a few channels at once
