To continue providing high-quality service while managing increasing delivery demand and costs, we have updated our Local Delivery and Shipping Policy.
Free Local Delivery
Free delivery is available for orders of 2 packs or more in the following areas based on the applicable zip codes :
Frisco, Prosper, Aubrey, McKinney, Little Elm, and Celina
Other Locations
For all other locations, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Please note:

Shipping rates are subject to total order amount and location.

Additional shipping fees may be collected later if actual shipping costs exceed the estimated amount at checkout.
Apartment Deliveries
Local door delivery is available for individual residential home addresses only.
For apartment communities:

Deliveries will be made to the leasing office or ground-level entrance.

Door-to-door apartment delivery is not available.
Third-Party Shipping Services
Orders shipped via third-party carriers are subject to their operating standards and timelines. There will be additional processing time and packing charges as applicable
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. Refunds or claims cannot be processed for delays or spoilage resulting from third-party shipping services.
General guidelines:
Customer will receive tracking information through text message and email (as per the information provided) on the day of delivery as per the delivery dates communicated while placing the order
Customer to contact us back with 12 hrs In case the order is not received on the mentioned delivery dates in the order confirmation email
Customer is responsible to keep track of the email and message sent from the authorize email id and phone number, in-case you did not receive any email /message customer are requested to reach out to us
